I'm Greg Tittle. I spent years running roofing sales, inspections, and production for one of Downriver's largest family roofing companies before starting Guthix Roofing here in Wyandotte. I started my own company for one reason: I think homeowners deserve to see the price, see the evidence, and deal with the person who's actually responsible for the work — before and after the deposit clears.

I confirm your appointment by text the day before, and I show up when I say I will — it's my name on the company, so I'm the one who arrives.
I get on the roof — 30–45 minutes
Shingles, flashing, vents, seals, gutters, and the attic when access allows. Not a drive-by, not a satellite guess.
You see photos of everything
Good or bad, you see exactly what I see. If weather did the damage, I document it the way your insurance company needs it documented.
You get a straight answer
Repair it, replace it, or leave it alone. If your roof has years left, I'll tell you that and leave — plenty of my inspections end with “you're fine.”
If work makes sense, one itemized price
Every line item in writing — materials, tear-off, permits, disposal. The price I quote is the price I stand behind, and financing options come with it.
