I'm Greg Tittle. I spent years running roofing sales, inspections, and production for one of Downriver's largest family roofing companies before starting Guthix Roofing here in Wyandotte. I started my own company for one reason: I think homeowners deserve to see the price, see the evidence, and deal with a company where the owner is actually responsible for the work — before and after the deposit clears. As Guthix has grown I've brought on help so every homeowner still gets a fast answer, but the price, the crew, and the warranty all still run through me.

We get on the roof — 30–45 minutes
Shingles, flashing, vents, seals, gutters, and the attic when access allows. Not a drive-by, not a satellite guess.
You see photos of everything
Good or bad, you see exactly what we see. If weather did the damage, we document it the way your insurance company needs it documented.
You get a straight answer
Repair it, replace it, or leave it alone. If your roof has years left, we'll tell you that and leave — plenty of our inspections end with “you're fine.”
If work makes sense, one itemized price — set by the owner
Every line item in writing — materials, tear-off, permits, disposal. The number comes off my cost sheet, so it's the same price whether I'm the one in your driveway or not. No same-day-only deals, no price that depends on how the visit goes. The price we quote is the price I stand behind, and financing options come with it.
