SMS / text messaging program terms
Guthix Roofing offers text messaging to communicate with customers about their inquiries, estimates, projects, and appointments, and — only for customers who separately opt in — occasional marketing or promotional messages.
- Opt-in. You opt in by providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted on one of our forms, or by texting us first. Consent to receive marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message types. Transactional updates (estimate details, scheduling, appointment reminders, service and project updates, feedback requests) and, if you opted in to them, marketing/promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies depending on your project and inquiry.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. We honor opt-outs promptly. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@guthixroofing.com or (734) 360-0805.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Estimates
Instant and online estimates are preliminary, based on satellite measurements and the information you provide, and are confirmed by a free on-site inspection. They are not binding quotes. Work we perform for you is governed by the written agreement you sign with us, not by these website terms.
