A roof with blocked soffit vents, inadequate intake, or disconnected bathroom exhaust may not dry and regulate temperature as intended.

Keep gutters and roof edges ready for winter

Before the first lasting snowfall, clean the gutters and make sure downspouts discharge away from the foundation.
